Market rules
Resolve Yes if the applicable decision is 25 bps decrease. Otherwise, this market resolves No. Measure the change in the ECB deposit facility rate versus immediately before the meeting; if expressed as a range, use its upper bound. An absolute change below 25 bps is treated as 25 bps; a change above 25 bps is rounded to the nearest 25 bps, with an exact midpoint rounded away from zero. Any increase or decrease is assigned to the corresponding magnitude bucket. If the meeting is postponed but held before the next scheduled meeting begins, use the postponed decision. If it is cancelled or no decision is announced before the next scheduled meeting begins, No Change resolves Yes. Emergency changes outside this meeting do not count. Primary resolution source: the ECB monetary-policy decision (https://www.ecb.europa.eu/press/govcdec/mopo/html/index.en.html).
If a settlement dispute arises, an ambiguity arises that is not expressly covered by these rules, or the specified authoritative sources conflict, the platform will make the final determination in good faith based on the published rules, the specified data sources, and objectively verifiable facts.
