About TeslaSpaceXTerafab
Tesla and SpaceX are advancing Terafab, an AI chip plant in Texas, investing ~$16.8B initially to supply in-house chips for autonomy, robotics and space data centers. Tax deals require SpaceX to invest at least $5B by 2030 and create 1800+ full-time jobs by 2035, while total spending, buildout timing and each company's share are unclear. The bet shifts Musk's AI push from buying compute to building chip capacity. Can it unlock growth for TSLA and SPCX, or deepen cash-flow and valuation concerns?

Is $SPCX really about to hit bottom and rebound?
As of now, not really. The lowest price was 104,
and these past few days it has been testing support at this pressure level.
If the earnings report's positive news can support an upward trend,
then the rebound wouldn't have fallen from 130 to 110.
The lowest unlocked circulation hitting 105.3 is very important.
The next few weeks may continue to test this pressure level.
Right now, market sentiment outweighs the market trend.
If the US stock market experiences a crash, then SPCX will not be spared.
I have always emphasized that a breakdown is a matter of time, not probability.

Talking about real strength. Those who know, know.
$SPCX is up 6% today against the trend. The bigger story? SpaceX is building power infrastructure for Terafab in Texas, pushing deeper into the energy → chip → AI stack.
This isn't just rockets anymore. Vertical integration is becoming the real narrative. Watch the chain, not the daily candles. #AIMemoryBullTest #FedHawksVsWeakJobs #SpaceXUnlockRebound #AIMemoryBullTest #FedHawksVsWeakJobs #SpaceXUnlockRebound

Talking about some solid stuff, those who know, know. $SPCX is up 6% today against the trend, and behind it is a bigger narrative: SpaceX is building its own gas power plant and a massive battery array for the semiconductor giant Terafab in Texas, generating and storing its own electricity. This is no longer just about making rockets; Musk is moving the entire "energy—chip—AI" chain into his own backyard. With vertical integration to this extent, the valuation anchor changes. Don't just focus on the daily ups and downs; watch how this chain develops.#AIMemoryBullTest #DailyOrbit #Alphabet25BBond

Terafab just got real.
Tesla + SpaceX confirmed the full-scale chip factory in Grimes County, Texas.
≈100–110 million square feet
Thousands of acres
For perspective, here’s the true scale against the largest chip factories that actually exist today:
• Giga Texas → ~10M sq ft
• TSMC Fab 18 (Taiwan) → ~10.2M sq ft
• TSMC Arizona (first building) → ~3.5M sq ft
• Samsung Taylor → ~2.7–4M sq ft
Terafab is in a completely different category.

$SPCX $110.63, +2.2%. Reuters says SpaceX and Tesla plan an initial 16.8B Terafab build in Grimes County, Texas, with combined demand forecast above 1 TW.
That moves the AI chip-capacity lane from concept toward real capital allocation. The next debate is financing mix, tool timing, and how much of that spend lands ahead of SpaceX cash flow. TSLA is down about 1.0%, so the market is not paying for a near-term auto benefit yet.

The Terafab is going to become the largest and most valuable building on Earth by a long shot.
This is so much more than just another semiconductor fab.
It’s going to be @Tesla, @SpaceX, xAI, and Intel building what will become the most important AI manufacturing complex EVER created.
The goal that Elon has for this is staggering…
Produce more than 1 terawatt of AI compute every year - roughly 50× today’s global AI chip output.
That’s the kind of scale you would only build when you believe the future needs far more compute than the world can currently make.
About 25% of that output is expected to power Tesla’s Optimus robots, Full Self-Driving vehicles, and Cybercabs. The other 75% is aimed at SpaceX’s vision for solar-powered AI satellites and orbital data centers, where compute will not be limited by Earth’s power grid.
Also, instead of spreading chip design, mask making, fabrication, memory, advanced packaging, and testing across multiple locations like the industry does today, the Terafab will bring nearly everything under one roof. That means engineers will be able to design a chip, build it, test it, improve it, and repeat the process much faster than the rest.
The full complex is expected to exceed 100 million square feet, making it larger than any semiconductor facility ever attempted. The first phase alone represents a $16.8 billion investment, with long-term plans most likely reaching far beyond that.
Elon has said it plainly… existing chip suppliers simply can’t produce enough AI chips for where Tesla and SpaceX are headed.
If Optimus scales to millions, and eventually billions, and SpaceX starts deploying AI data centers in orbit, the world will need an entirely new level of manufacturing capacity.
That’s what Terafab is really about.
History will remember it as the factory that powered the age of intelligent robots, autonomous transportation, and AI infrastructure in space.

ELON MUSK REVEALED THE BRUTAL MATH BEHIND WHY A SINGLE HOUR OF HIS TIME IS WORTH $100,000,000.
"TESLA WILL DO OVER $100 BILLION IN REVENUE THIS YEAR.
THAT'S $2 BILLION A WEEK.
IF I MAKE SLIGHTLY BETTER DECISIONS, I CAN CHANGE THE OUTCOME BY A BILLION DOLLARS."
"THE MARGINAL VALUE OF A BETTER DECISION CAN EASILY BE $100 MILLION IN THE COURSE OF AN HOUR."

by the way, this comes from the Terafab announcement today from Tesla & SpaceX
A 100 MILLION square foot manufacturing space being built in Grimes County, Texas
This facility will house the manufacturing, packaging, and testing of advanced logic and memory devices
Texas is literally going to be nothing but data centres in about 10 years
WOW. Tesla and SpaceX combined expect to exceed 1TW of compute!
That's roughly 50x MORE than all the AI compute the entire planet can build in 1 year right now
And the doomers think we're overbuilding compute? LOL
Now add Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, OpenAI, Anthropic and others. Every one of them is racing to buildout and use more compute, and every one of them is capacity-constrained right now
Stack all of that demand on top of each other and 1TW becomes a small number in the future too. The world needs orders of magnitude more compute than it can physically make
The market seems to not fully grasp one is coming and where we are heading. We will continue to harness more energy and convert more of it into intelligence. This will accelerate year over year as AI helps to innovate on this.
The demand for chips, for memory, and for the power is effectively bottomless, and yet the supply is not, which means the incredible margins we are seeing right now will remain for longer than the market expects
If you're still not invested in AI infra, it's definitely not too late. And if you're already invested, dips are for buying
